My 11 year old daughter has one eye that turns in slightly at times. The optometrist explained that this was creating her migraines because the good eye was having to do all the work as the brain was disconnecting the vision seen through the weaker eye. She is often easily fatigued and complains of light sensitivity (even without a migraine). This has effected her learning ability, although with tutoring she has now embraced reading and is improving. With mild script glasses the condition did improve slightly, but a year later she is complaining that her glasses give her headaches and so avoids wearing them (this is not a vanity thing either as she actually likes the look of herself in glasses). We also spent a year doing certain exercises for left/right brain balancing, however these were not specifically eye exercises rather neurological re-patterning exercises like cross crawl etc. I would like to try some exercises to strengthen her eye muscles rather than getting a stronger script, would you recommend this?

I have Mayopia or near sighted and I know it happens from my PC what kind of exercise should I do? And is there any hope my vision will come back?

    Hi Josh,

your PC is a factor, but not the reason. Watch my free video series for better understanding.

Well, there is no hope for your vision to come back, there is certainty that it will happen!
