In your zip file you are going to find 2 videos. The 1st is called “Circles of Excellence” and is an additional relaxation exercise, which is fantastic to do after the sunbathing and the stamp exercises you are going to get to know of Day #8 of the course.
The 2nd exercise is called “Wheel of Clarity” and is excellent for reducing astigmatism.
The 3rd video is a set of exercises you can do during the day at work to keep you eyes healthy and energized all day long, so you come home with refreshed eyes. It works well with the “10 Steps to More Refreshed Eyes” report that you can find with the bonus book downloads. They were designed to work together.
