The exercises are straightforward and easy to do, and will take no longer than 50 minutes per day in the beginning and around 30 minutes when you are familiar with the ritual.
So, estimate 50 minutes per day for the first 4 weeks, and 30 minutes per day for the following 5 weeks.
So altogether that comes to under 42 hours over 9 weeks…
