Difference to Bates Method

What is the difference between Unleash Your Vision and the Bates Method?

The difference between the Unleash Your Vision, and the Bates Method, Rebuild Your Vision, & the See Clearly Method is that Unleash Your Vision is a holistic approach to healing the eyes. The Bates method and its eye exercises merely treat the symptoms of eye conditions, but not the cause.

Unleash Your Vision first addresses the cause of the eye conditions and afterward focuses on eliminating the symptoms, so that the healing is long-term and doesn’t diminish over time because the same cause brings about the same condition again.

With its holistic approach, Unleash Your Vision takes the whole bodily system into consideration, which also increases your blood circulation, strengthens your immune and nervous systems, and in combination with the dietary advice contained in Unleash Your Vision you will become healthier overall.

Further, the Bates method only works on the muscles around the eyes, whereby the Unleash Your Vision course deals with the mind-set first, then gets the body in better shape through the whole body gymnastics, and lastly works with the eye muscles in the Eye-Lympix, a set of eye exercises that are similar to Bates’ eye exercises.

Lastly, many people report that they get headaches from the Bates method, which doesn’t occur with Unleash Your Vision because you get the necessary dietary advice to avoid these headaches as well.
