How Long Do I Have To Exercise My Eyes Per Day?
Eye exercises will not require you to spend more than five to ten minutes. If you work on computers then make sure that after every hour, you keep about two to three minutes for doing eye exercise and also relacing your eyes.
Eye exercises to improve vision are something that people haven’t payed a lot of attention to and because of that many of them ended up wearing glasses. This is a pity as there are plenty of exercises for the eye’s muscles that can be performed in order to strengthen your vision and improve it and even regain it totally.
