Eye Exercises & Eye Strain
Eyestrain is one other major reason for poor vision. If there is any tension in the eye it will produce a general feeling of tension due to the eye’s connection with the brain through the optic nerve. Tension in eye muscles is caused mostly by stress.
Computer Eyestrain & Eye Exercises
Computer Vision Syndrome causes eyestrain problems such as blurry vision and dry, red eyes. It has been suggested that this syndrome is directly related to the eye muscles inability to work together.
Computer use results in a decrease of blinking to almost one third of normal, putting even more strain than usual on your eyes. Computer screens are bright and constantly looking at them can lead to strained eyes.
