What Are Eye Exercises?

The History of Eye Exercises
Eye exercises have been around for a long time, and have been part of the ancient art of yoga. But even modern science uses eye exercises as part of “Vision Therapy”.
Eye exercises for natural vision correction are often credited with the work of a man named William H. Bates, who was an ophthalmologist and who pioneered in the field of visual training in the early 1900s. Even though the Bates method was first devised at the beginning of the 20th century, many people still practice them today.
Eye exercise were used by many native cultures around the world, the type Bates made popular derives from native American Indians.
