today I would like to talk you about my book, “The Truth About Eyesight- The Paradox of Glasses”. This book is an essential part of the Unleash Your Vision course. It is not the heart, but it is the foundation!

All the exercises in the world don’t matter, if you don’t get the foundations right. By foundation I mean the “mental work”, your mind-set… The mind-set is so important when it comes to healing your eyesight, and all the courses I ever had the privilege to have a look at, miss it.

If you can’t see properly, there is literally something you don’t want to see in your life. It can be a detail, or your future, but something you are trying to overlook, and if that point doesn’t get addressed, there is no way that your eyesight will ever get restored.

The mind-set and the mental reason for poor vision and vision impairment is the reason why laser eye surgery doesn’t work long-term… Only reshaping the cornea means that the surgeon only treats the symptom, but the cause, the root-cause of your problem, is never corrected. As long as that isn’t fixed, there is no hope for real long-term success.

The book further covers the topic of food and nutritions for proper eyesight. Since the eyes are an organ of the body, they must be nourished correctly, otherwise they will deplete. At the same time it is utterly important to nourish the liver appropriately.

In holistic medicine the eyes are directly connected to the liver, so any harm done to the liver is directly reflected in your eyesight. Therefore you can improve your vision right away by cutting down on sugary foods, sodas, and also coffee and alcohol. These are enemies to your liver, hence enemies for your sight!

Of course the book also covers the Eye-Lympix and the whole body gymnastic, but only to give you an overview as to what to expect on the DVDs.

Last, but definitely not least, the book sets out a plan for you, which you can follow, so that the course fits into YOUR schedule! I walk you through everything you have to do during the course and how to schedule it, so that the course WILL turn into a success, according to YOUR life!
