This blog post is inspired by an incredibly good idea I just came across… This lady set-up her own blog to track her progress with the vision correction eye exercises she started.

Tracking your progress and holding yourself accountable for any improvement you undertake in life is a strong force and usually raises the odds for success. By stating your progress in public you often put in more effort than you would otherwise do.

The sad thing is that the lady assumed it would take long for her to get rid of her glasses… this is a limiting believe, and is totally untrue!

Fact is, it shouldn’t take too long at all to get rid of your glasses. With the strength she started out, not more than 7 weeks tops… and she started with terrible eyesight.

But for all you natural vision improvement folks out there, this is an excellent idea, and something along those line would help each and every one of you. Think about your way of keeping track and holding yourself accountable to others.
