Have You Ever Wondered What Causes Myopia?
Myopia is the medical term for nearsightedness. I think the biggest myth out there is that myopia is caused by excessive reading. Before you pat yourself on the back and look down your nose at the people who don’t wear glasses, remember, it’s a myth.
Eating Well to Prevent Myopia
