Eye Exercises To Improve Vision – Truth or Shenanigans

Most people with eye problems who have asked their optometrist about eye exercises to improve vision get the answer that it’s all shenanigans. But is that really the case, or is the optometrist worried about losing a customer?

Most optometrist, when they are asked about eye exercises to improve vision, claim that these don”t work. According to eye specialists in the conventional sense they can”t improve a person’s vision because according to their theory, the eyesight is only depended on the shape of the lens.

Eye exercises to improve vision on the other hand are based on the theory that the shape of the eyeball directly influences the shape of the lens.

“Fact is, there are 6 eye muscles. 4 of them keep the eyeball in its natural round shape, if these muscles are well balanced, strong enough, and know how to relax properly”, natural vision improvement expert from www.Unleash-Your-Vision.com Evgania Mehler explains.

I've been trying eye exercises for about a week or two now. Every day, without fail, I do them for at least fifteen minutes, sometimes spread out over the day. I'm feeling a lot of discomfort from wearing my glasses, so now i've resorted to wearing my contacts for myopia, and some glasses for presbyopia that i bought-- this is to reduce the power of my lenses. While this is comfortable, I know that my eyes are really improving from doing these exercises. My vision has been as bad as -7.5 in one eye, but this was due to overprescription. I am now searching for an optometrist who will underprescribe, yes, that's right--UNDER-prescribe-- because I truly believe in the healing power latent within myself. I'm really struggling to find someone who will believe in me. It's a shame that we have to trust small-minded doctors who ultimately insist keeping us dependent and helpless. I hope you will join me in taking power back into our own hands.
