Here Are The Answers…

Hi,

of course you can ask questions…

1. The causes for myopia;
*emotional trauma, so child/ person doesn’t want to see something that is painful
*being scared of the future
*problem with the neck and back
*problems with the liver
*lack of blood-flow to the eyes
*too much stress
*limiting belief about myopia being genetic
*poor diet

2. My worst conditions were -4 and astigmatism

3. I have 20/20 vision, only in the beginning of my pregnancy I had temporarily 20/40.

4. The relaxation techniques of Bates are very important, but one their own not enough. A more holistic approach is needed. See the video about FAQs, there is a question about it answered.

5. Anything that treats the eyes in a holistic way is better than glasses, artificial lenses, or eye surgery. For best results that method should specialize in vision correction, so yoga is good, but not specific enough.

Most methods are only the Bates exercises names in various ways, so as above, I don’t think they go deep enough.

6. Why so many fail? The same answer here… because they don’t go deep enough. There are many different reasons for myopia and any other eye condition, so the method must address all those reasons. Any often people just look for a quick fix and don’t want to understand that the eyes are part of the whole bodily system and can’t be treated in isolation.

Thanks for your questions, they are really good. Therefore I will put your questions and my answers on the blog because many people have similar questions.

    Hi
Pregnancy causes changes throughout the body, including eyes. Wearing contact lenses is not against in pregnancy, but the changes may alter ocular comfort. Your information is also inspiring to me and these things did help to others. Thanks for sharing!
