Myopia Correction to Improve Vision – Dream or Reality?

Myopia correction to improve vision, we are made believe, is solely limited to laser eye surgery, at least that’s what an optometrist or an eye surgeon would claim. In the year 2009, with all the awareness about natural therapies, there must be an alternative around. But is there, and if so, why don’t we know about it?

Since thousands of years many native cultures around the world improve vision in various natural forms, but in the West we are still made believe that we have to wear glasses, or need laser eye surgery to improve our vision.

“Thinking about it makes one wonder how the human species ever survived and evolved as far as it has, if that was the case. Imagine one of our ancestors hunting in the fields, looking for some pray for lunch, dinner, or whatever they called it back then. If myopia was normal, and if the only myopia correction available would be glasses or surgery, how on earth could a caveman go hunting and actually catch some food”, Evgania Mehler from http://www.Unleash-Your-Vision.com asks.

And she has a point. In today’s society it appears to be normal to get glasses prescribed in the teens or twenties, and the answer always seems to be the same, “Sorry there is nothing you can do about it”.

If myopia correction to improve vision would really rely on glasses or surgery, our forefathers were either vegetarians, or we are told lies. If the hunters in the Stone Age could not see their pray at 20 feet away, how would they have caught the food?

“Our teeth clearly indicate that we were not vegetarians, and our species has come a long way, and glasses only exist for around 200 years, and eye surgery for something like 50, modern forms only 11 years. The truth is that myopia correction can be achieved 100% naturally and human cultures have known about it for thousands of years. All forms of natural myopia correction have been practiced around the world for ages. It’s just more lucrative to make us believe that the only way to improve vision is to wear glasses or to undertake eye surgery”, Evgania explains.

Her point appears somehow valid because if there was no such thing as natural myopia correction, we would not have survived as a hunting species with our current rate of myopia around the world.

Ideas anyone?
