Are Eye Exercises & Unleash Your Vision A Scam?

Many people still think eye exercises and improving one’s vision naturally are a scam. That is definitely what the ophthalmic industry wants us to believe. But is it true?

Eye exercises and natural vision improvement techniques and methods have been around for a long time. Since they gained popularity in the West, optometrists and eye doctors claim they are ineffective and that only expensive glasses or eye surgery are a solution. So, are eye exercises a scam?

In Eastern Medicine, and many other native cultures, eye exercises and natural vision correction techniques were successfully used for thousands of years. In recent years, modern China and India turned their backs on their traditional forms of medicine and embraced Western medicine. As a result, the amount of glasses used in these areas sky-rocketed, and with it, the numbers of eye surgeries.

The question remains, which one is the scam; eye exercises or eye surgery? Let’s take a look at both:

1. Eye Exercises:

A person learns a set of exercises that naturally strengthen the muscles of the eyes, teach how to relax these eye muscles, and therefore balance the visual system. All naturally, so the exercises can’t harm the eyes. But one has to actually DO the exercises.

2. Eye Surgery:

A person comes to an eye surgeon and gets a piece of their lens cut out. The question is, if that piece of lens was too much in the first place, and if cutting it out solves the problem long-term.

The answer is no, according to Natural Vision Improvement Expert Evgania Mehler.

“The ophthalmic industry is based on a theory that the eyesight is only determined by the lens. But the lens is attached to the eyeball, which consists mostly of water and is kept shape by 6 muscles around the eyes. With eye exercises on the other hand, you balance the muscles around the eyes. You can do that for any condition and at any stage in your life. It’s all about balance”, she elaborates.

“The problem many of my clients have with eye surgery is that their eye conditions return about 3-5 years after their surgery, and then they are left with wearing glasses again, or with doing eye exercises. My clients have a 97.3% success rate with improving their vision through eye exercises, if they actually do them”, Evgania concludes.

So, which one is the scam? The eye surgery for thousands of dollars per eye that doesn’t last, or eye exercises, which cost $50 – $400 for a lifetime and for both eyes, because you have to do them?
